What do I get after completion of payment for the plot(s)?
Purchase Receipt, Allocation Letter and Sale & Management Contract.
When do I get my deed of assignment and survey plan?
No longer than 90 days after making payment.
What type of infrastructure will the developer provide?
Perimeter fencing, Estate gate house, Street lighting, Estate electrification, drainage and paved internal roads in addition to Sports Facilities (Tennis Court; Swimming Pool; Gym etc,

Would there be any survey fee?
Yes.N400, 000.00(Four hundred thousand naira only) per plot signed by a registered surveyor and it’s delivered after complete payment for land.
What is the fee for drafting my title document for plot(s) purchased?
N400, 000.00 (four hundred thousand naira only).
Special consideration will be given for Clients purchasing more than one plot.
2-3 plots……………. N350, 000.00 per plot.
4-6 plots ……………. N250, 000.00 per plot.
Would there be extra charges for corner plots?
Yes, a corner plot attracts an additional 1.5% charge.
When will my plot be allocated to me?
Physical allocation is done instantly after complete payment for plots, title documents, survey and infrastructure levy. For installment payments after not less than 60% of payment for plots, title documents, survey and infrastructure levy.
Is the road to the estate motor able?
Yes. It is on the main tarred highway.
Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?
You can commence work on your plot as soon as you obtain your building approval. Though we advise that building construction commences after completion of the estate drainage system to avoid developing below the drainage and road levels.
Can I resell my plot(s) or property in the estate?
Yes you can. But will give Lekki Estate Sales limited the option to buy first.

Is Sureground Estate for Residential or Commercial Purposes?
Sureground Estate is primarily residential. Few Plots are allocated at the Front for commercial concerns to cater for the needs of the Estate.
Would there be service charge for Estate Subscribers?
Yes. But Service Charge payment would only commence once services are in place & up & running..
If I paid out-rightly or in installment for plot(s) and I am no longer interested, can I get a refund?
You can only get a refund when a new buyer for the plot has been found. Refund will be less 30% of cost of land as administration fee. You can find a buyer yourself or authorize us to sell on your behalf for outright payment category.
When can I visit Sureground Estate?
Site visits are scheduled for Sundays for now because of the construction going on on the Lekki-Eleko junction stretch of the Lekki-Epe Expressway but special arrangement can be made to visit during the week.
